Cologne Foot Guard for the WSS

I thought I had posted some pics of this unit here but I guess I didn't.  So here they are.  Someone on TMP asked about the uniform of this unit so I gave them the information and linked them to my blog.  Here are a couple of pics.  I'll try to take more if you would like.  Just let me know.

You may notice that the Colonel's color is upside down!  Yes, I did that all by myself.  I do plan on replacing it as soon as I can.

  1. Handsome lads all! The flags are especially nice. Where did you find them?

  2. I get my flags from 'The Flag Dude'. I like to put mine on his cloth rather than paper. It costs more but I like the results. He still believes that a cloth flag for 28mm figures is too small and can't show off the colors and detail as much as for a 54mm figure. I agree that the 54mm flags of his on cloth are beautiful but I still like the look. I do oversize my flags any way so they are between 40mm & 50mm which gets them close to the 54mm flag he makes.

  3. Nice figures!
Be interested to know more of the basic uniform/banner colours of the other Cologne units as well.
